NexCore Labs was founded in Sep 23, 2025 by a dedicated team of SQU students passionate about web development and innovation. We're a young, energetic team committed to helping student projects shine online.
How do I get started with NexCore Labs?

48-hour response time for all support requests. Most inquiries are answered within 24 hours. Professional plan clients receive 24/7 support with guaranteed 4-hour response time.
Can you help with bug fixes?
Absolutely! All bug fixes are covered under your support plan. Critical issues are prioritized and fixed immediately. For issues outside your support period, we offer pay-as-you-go support at 0.800 OMR/hour.
What happens after my support period ends?
Your website remains live and fully functional. You have several options:
- Continue your monthly support plan for ongoing support
- Upgrade to a higher tier plan
- Use our pay-as-you-go support (0.800 OMR/hour)
- Maintain the site yourself with code access

How is pricing structured?
NexCore uses a flexible "build your own" model — no rigid plans. You start with Lifetime Access (0.950 OMR), which is always included, then optionally add Priority Review (0.300 OMR) and choose a support duration. You only pay for what you actually need. All prices are in Omani Rial (OMR).
What does Lifetime Access include?
Lifetime Access (0.950 OMR) permanently hosts your project on NexCore with no expiry date. Your project page will remain live and accessible forever with no recurring charges.
What support options are available?
Support covers Email & WhatsApp-based technical guidance for your NexCore project. Options: No Support (Free), 1 Week (0.250 OMR), 1 Month (0.500 OMR), 3 Months (1.000 OMR), 6 Months (1.500 OMR), or 1 Year (2.500 OMR).
What happens after the support period ends?
Your project stays live and fully accessible — Lifetime Access never expires. You can purchase a new support package anytime from the Pricing page.
Can I get a refund?
We offer a 7-day refund guarantee. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your order and we'll make it right.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal (instant account activation) and bank transfer (activation within approximately 48 hours after payment confirmation).
Is there a contract?
No long-term contracts. You pay once for the features you select — there are no recurring charges unless you choose a support plan.
